Rainbow's End Desserts
A great dessert is like the closing act of a good play. No matter how good the play, if you don't have a final act the whole thing just doesn't work. An elegant, sumptuous, dessert also makes for a dynamite insurance policy! Yes, insurance! So, even if the roast is a little overcooked and the vegetable is less that excellent, a really wonderful dessert can save the day!

For more that ten years Laura Kuhnen (See Beginnings) has been experimenting with many hundreds of dessert possibilities and delivering the very best of them to delighted restaurant owners and their patrons, wedding parties, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, and especially to those private, singular, at home, romantic dinners for two. In a new recipe book Laura has created and assembled more than one hundred fabulous dessert recipes, most of which (by design) are quite easy to make and have been field tested by a host of raving fans (see Testimonials).

The secret ingredient in all of Laura's Rainbow's End desserts is, of course, “Love”. If that is not “in the mix”, she says, “nothing works.” Laura's love of people and entertaining is combined with a passionate interest in a great final act. That is what gave Rainbow's End Desserts its initial inspiration and is the source of its continuing creative energy.
